I am investor at Ace Acreville project. I have been cheated by their channel partner "Homezandown", Vennus Sidaana and Kunal sharma. They promised Cash back after the deal and are now not responding. They are a fraud company who are even lying about their employees

To every buyer who is planning to invest and find a safe society to stay in, Ace group is not the right one for you. Under their vigilance, there are a lot of lapses that happen across their projects. Starting with the recent one where in Ace Parkway, there are constant reports of lock breaks for last 1 week from different residents and security doesn’t care and never bothers. People are allowed entry to society without approvals (outsiders/ maids/ cooks/ staff etc). On top of that, they expect you to pay extra for basic services like security that doesn’t exist. Staying safe is your own home is a right and no one can take that away. But Ace group never fails you. You will not feel safe in your own house.

Ace group is not all a customer centric group. They just want their own benefits by locking customers. Do not put any efforts in receiving OC for there projects, no transparenty on maintinance charges, costruction quality also not good. Charges transfer charges upto Rs 1000 per sqft despitr you have free first transter as per BBA or they use the tactics to not allow the transfer if it free.
