Absolutely terrible management and extremely unprofessional staff. They speak without clarity, don’t take responsibility for anything, and clearly have no understanding of proper customer service. On top of that, they refused to refund my security deposit, and despite booking two seats, they didn’t refund even one. The entire experience has been frustrating, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away. This place does not value customers and has no transparency in their process.
