Our experience with Workafella Cyber Crown (Hyderabad) was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was promised at the time of signing. When you walk in, the ground-floor staff assures you that everything is “ready,” “fully functional,” and “premium.” But the moment you go up to your actual floor, the reality is the exact opposite. Despite paying in advance, our cabin was not ready, not secured, and nowhere near the condition described to us. We were told repeatedly that it would be resolved “immediately,” but nothing changed for weeks. Instead, we were made to run back and forth between the Operations Manager, the maintenance staff, and the ground-floor office team, each shifting responsibility to someone else. You spend more time chasing staff across floors than actually working. Even their own maintenance team casually mentioned that Workafella hasn’t paid several vendors, which explains the constant delays and lack of support. The entire experience feels disorganized, unreliable, and far from the “premium workspace” they advertise. When we finally vacated—after giving notice and following their procedure—they refused to return our security retainer, despite the unresolved issues and service deficiencies. Looking at other Google reviews, this seems to be a recurring pattern with many clients reporting similar treatment. Workafella seriously needs to look into what is happening at the Cyber Crown centre. The senior management should step in, fix these operational issues, and stop misleading customers at the time of signing. New customers: please visit your actual floor and cabin before signing anything, and do not rely solely on what is told to you on the ground floor. Get everything in writing.

A very bad experience.. people are never avaible to contact . After the sales there is hardly anything called service. Having a bad time trying to coordinate.
