• Can I visit Smartworks - 3A & 3B Mindspace before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Smartworks - 3A & 3B Mindspace operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

• Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

  Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Smartworks may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Smartworks - 3A & 3B Mindspace? How about for a day or a month?
