Extremely disappointed with Wework's lack of basic emergency preparedness.
I was involved in an accident right before arriving at the office and entered the building bleeding, only to discover no accessible first aid kit on the entire floor we lease (15th). No community staff were available, and when I went to the 13th floor, I was asked to "show the wound in public" before being given a single band-aid and leftover Dettol,no gauze, no cotton, no proper assistance.
Later, the community manager stated they don’t keep first aid kits on every floor because “people steal them.” That is completely unacceptable. Emergencies don’t come with a warning, and first aid isn’t a luxury,it's a basic necessity.
Wework’s response was negligent, dismissive, and showed a total lack of empathy. If a global brand cannot provide something as fundamental as first aid access, it raises serious concerns about their priorities and commitment to safety.
