IISS Pvt. Ltd. First Floor One of the worst fraud, HR Zoya, Being an HR she doesn’t know JD without knowing knowledge of the process or project, how come she is handling the interview?? When candidates are asking for JD, she is saying that “I don’t know I’m not supposed to tell”, When the HR doesn’t know the process, on what basis she is conducting interviews?? Randomly she is finding numbers in Nowkri and calling candidates for interview as they are offering WFH, they are taking interviews in cafeteria, after waiting long and long hours, they just take for introduction for 5minutes saying that, candidates should carry their own laptops and following that company will provide the laptops, HR should only know how this is gonna be working. If you don’t know the process, how come you’re an HR??when your unable to tell that SOMETHING IS FISHY don’t call for the interviews and don’t trap innocent people, if you do that repeatedly we will raise Cyber Crime Against You.

Workafella is a coworker place where they will provide working place for the companies on rental basis. Workafella is also equal reasonable for the things happening in their place. Company IISS conducting fake interview and taking money from people. Workafella is providing shealter for those fake companies and helping them indirectly. This place look great but things in this place are fraud. This is Hima bindu I had visited this place workafella on 18/11/2025 for a interview in the company IISS. They asked me to pay money 4500 rupees for software installation. I paid it and came out from their before that company has not mentioned the companys name in that payment invoice I got to know the company name as infinox. In had searched for that company details and got to know that was a fake company which is doing fraud. So I had reviewed this workafella and explained the situation that I faced from them. Definitely workafella had the responsibility to know what's going on in the place whether they had given for rent also. After seeing the review I got a cal from workafella asking what's the problem is I had told them. They respond as we will take this to our highest authority but for two days they didn't called me so I took my friend's help and reviewed again. For that review they had given explanation that in any problem mail to this mail address and mention the name of the company and name of the person. As they said I sent a mail to their mail address. I got a cal from them after a long discussion they told me to cal to the number they have given and by that time iiss company manager reached me. I had talked to that manager iiss and asked for my refund. They had talked to me very nicely and made me to remove the review. And refund will be in 24 hrsThis all was happed on 22/11/2025. After I removed the review till today they are not even responding. Either the company or workafella. They are not even lifting the call don't trust them and loose your money

Don't go for interview waste of time legit beleive me they will ask4500 for software installation plsss don't go it's scam waste of time and money
