Western Aqua is a well-known commercial building located in the prime area of Hitech City, and at first glance, the infrastructure looks quite decent and modern. The building is well maintained from the outside, and the internal office spaces are also planned properly. Due to its location and connectivity, many reputed organizations have their offices here, which makes it a popular workplace destination. However, this popularity is also one of the major drawbacks of the building. Since too many organizations are operating from the same premises, the number of employees working here is extremely high. The building remains crowded almost 24/7, regardless of the shift timings. During peak hours and shift changes, the situation becomes chaotic, with a massive rush of people everywhere. Lifts are almost always busy, and waiting time is quite long, which becomes frustrating, especially when you are in a hurry. Parking is another major concern, as the available space is not sufficient for the number of employees and visitors coming in daily. Basic amenities also need improvement. There is only one coffee machine per floor, which is clearly inadequate for such a large workforce. The cafeteria is very small compared to the population in the building, and proper food options are limited. The quality and variety of food do not meet expectations, and many employees are forced to look for outside options. Lockers provided are not very convenient or well maintained, which is another disappointment. Additionally, there are several restrictions within the building that sometimes make daily work life uncomfortable. During shift timings, the crowd is so intense that it gives a feeling similar to a fish market, which can be overwhelming. On the positive side, every week some entrepreneurs or small stalls are set up inside the building, allowing employees to buy snacks, accessories, or other items, which adds a bit of liveliness and convenience. Overall, Western Aqua has good infrastructure and location advantages, but overcrowding, limited facilities, and poor crowd management reduce the overall experience. With better planning, improved amenities, and crowd control, this building could offer a much better working environment.

Cross Street 1 has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Workafella.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Workafella, who is more than happy to help out.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
