Extremely unprofessional parking policy – NOT suitable for growing companies Awfis Laxmi Cyber City, Kondapur claims to be a “premium coworking space” but their policies are extremely disappointing. A company with minimum 30 employees is being allotted ONLY 1 bike and 1 car parking. This is absolutely unacceptable. For every additional vehicle, they shamelessly charge extra money. What is the point of paying high office rent if basic necessities like parking are treated like a privilege? Employees are constantly harassed over parking issues. This place clearly does not support mid-size or large companies. Management is rigid, money-oriented and shows zero concern for tenant convenience. If you are planning to set up a serious office here, think twice. Infrastructure might look good, but policies are horrible and frustrating.
