Thai Lion Air is by far the worst airline I’ve ever come across. The staff at Chennai Airport were completely unhelpful and had zero concern for passengers. They slapped an outrageous fee for a tiny name correction — something other airlines fix without any drama. The whole experience felt like a money trap and pure harassment. I will never fly Thai Lion Air again, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this airline if you don’t want to be exploited.
