Worst Tech Park management in Chennai. Frequent Theft of Raincoats and Helmets in bikes parked in the parking lots. Seepage of ground water in B3. Many Blind Spots without CCTV camera in ground floor parking. When raised to office property management, they behave like officials in Tahsildar offices. Old Process. The Food Court functioning here are heavily priced and 2x higher than rates prevailing in Bangalore.
