A very average place to work. One of the major setbacks is their very subpar pantry facilities. One thing most of us will unanimously agree on — a good cup of chai or coffee can make or break our workday. It's a small but significant comfort that fuels productivity and lifts morale. Unfortunately, the current situation with Smartworks is that the quality of beverages has been quite underwhelming. And we managed to somehow get over it by getting our mixes. And now, even the option to mix our own coffee powder with hot milk has been removed, and they attribute it to a management call to not serve milk at any of their centers!! What’s left are limited and subpar choices for tea and coffee. These may seem like small things, but they’re easy wins that matter to employees. Removing such simple comforts has a surprising impact on overall satisfaction. We hope this can be revisited — after all, a happy team runs on good coffee (or chai)!

Good working place... only smartworks growing is high .in ground team work employee (talbot) not growing...talented employee technical and soft service employee not promote high level post,that all employees working minimum 5 years experience same work place.team work in 9hrs and 12hrs basic shift time basics .. . smart works ceo are managers please consider ground team is most important every co works place,please give job promotion,job insurence......in other co works place in ground employee promotion to supervisor>Admin>FM easily changed. but ur working place destination not changed...
