The place was very bad. No one to manage or organise when we went there. Someone has occupied the room beyond our appointment time, water bottles were not provided, tv remote was not available to show presentation to client. Other workers were talking very loudly and that noise passed in to our glass cabin as well. Housekeeping staff was the only person available for any queries. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. Please don’t choose this space
At Senate Space - 3rd Avenue, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Senate Space.
