One of the worst inox in the world. Never recommend to come here. We booked premium seats c1234 for Kantara Hindi 2D (date 26 oct 2025) and everything is unhygienic and stinky. Screen is very small. Kindly don't come to this hall and don't weast your money and time.

I recently visited PVR INOX at BMC Mall and had a very disappointing experience. The seats were extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell, which made it very uncomfortable to sit through the movie. I expect better hygiene and maintenance standards from PVR. Please look into this issue and ensure the theatre is cleaned properly for a better customer experience.

I don't recommend anyone to visit this movie theater . There was time it was the best in business but now it's definitely the worst . The chairs are all scratched, you will get stale smell everywhere. This needs a revamp
