One of the most disappointing workplace experiences I have had is with the food services here. Despite charging a higher amount, the quality of food and hygiene standards are extremely poor. On multiple occasions, I have found hair, cockroaches, and even rat droppings in the food. I have raised this issue several times with Smartwork, but unfortunately, no corrective action has been taken. The vendor staff often behave with arrogance while serving, which adds to the unpleasant experience. After paying such high prices, we neither receive hygienic food nor respectful service. Even after raising tickets through the app, there is no resolution for 15 days or more. I have to repeatedly follow up to know what action has been taken. Due to the unhygienic conditions, I have even compromised my health and had to be hospitalized in an emergency. I have also noticed that utensils are not cleaned properly—spoons are simply dipped in water without using soap or cleaning liquid. This clearly shows a lack of basic hygiene practices. It is very disheartening that despite multiple complaints, there has been no improvement. I sincerely request immediate attention to this matter, as employees’ health and well-being should be a top priority.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this place deserves an exception. From start to finish, the experience was a disaster. • Service: The staff acted as though we were an inconvenience for even showing up. Eye rolls, long waits, and zero effort to explain the menu. • Food: What arrived at our table barely resembled food. My dish was lukewarm, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The meat was rubbery, the vegetables were mush, and everything was drenched in an unidentifiable sauce that could only be described as salty glue. • Cleanliness: The table was sticky, cutlery had stains, and I found a hair on my plate. That was the final straw. • Price: For what we paid, I could have eaten somewhere five times better—or just stayed home and had instant noodles.
