Working at Smartworks Marisoft C in Kalyani Nagar was a standout experience, primarily because the environment managed to strike that elusive balance between professional productivity and a genuinely "chill" vibe. Located in one of Pune’s most vibrant hubs, the office felt less like a rigid corporate space and more like a modern community designed for comfort. We were based on the 2nd floor, working for Coforge. The layout was thoughtfully designed with a clean, aesthetic appeal that made coming into the office something to look forward to. The interior design—with its sleek furniture, warm lighting, and open spaces—created a calming atmosphere that helped reduce the typical stress of a workday. It wasn't just about desks and chairs; the aesthetics felt intentional, fostering a sense of creativity and ease. One of the daily highlights was undoubtedly the coffee. In many coworking spaces, caffeine is just a utility, but at Marisoft C, it was actually good—a small but significant luxury that fueled our morning meetings and afternoon sprints. Beyond the caffeine, the amenities offered a great way to decompress: The Turf: Having a dedicated turf for cricket on-site was a game-changer. It allowed us to bond as a team over quick matches, providing a perfect physical outlet after hours of sitting at a desk. The Vibe: The overall "vibes" were consistently relaxed. Whether you were in a breakout zone or at your workstation, the energy of the building was upbeat and social. Smartworks Marisoft C Cafeteria The seating area and cafeteria were the best for employees to have lunch. It has a huge seating area with two ovens (veg and non-veg), and provides tissues, clean dishes, and spoons. Smartworks Marisoft C didn't just provide a desk for our time at Coforge; it provided a lifestyle. Between the aesthetic interiors, the great coffee, and the competitive cricket matches, it was a workspace that truly understood the importance of employee well-being.
