The office environment is very poor. There are issues in the washrooms, which are a basic necessity for employees. The internet is not good, and the seating chairs are uncomfortable. The support for bootstart employees is lacking, and some employees behave in an arrogant manner . I would not recommend buying or renting a co-working space from Bootstart.”

Boot start has moved from being a promising coworking space to one that’s now overcrowded and lacking in basic amenities. The focus seems to have shifted from quality experience to just fitting in more people, which is disappointing. We hope the management reconsiders the needs of long-term tenants and brings back some of the earlier features that made this a great place to work.

We have been using the Bootstart Coworking Space, Baner for the past nine months. Initially, the experience was excellent — clean premises, well-maintained facilities, and a comfortable, productive atmosphere. However, in recent months, there has been a noticeable decline in quality, largely due to overcrowding. The recreation room was removed and converted into additional workspace, with approximately 50 new members added. This sudden increase in occupancy has created several ongoing challenges: • Parking is frequently unavailable or highly inconvenient. Suggested workaround: Be prepared to negotiate with security for a spot. • Lift wait times during peak hours can exceed 10 minutes. Suggested workaround: Use the service lift (though often unreliable) or take the stairs — even up to the 8th floor. • Housekeeping standards have deteriorated. Pantry and restrooms often lack basic supplies like tissues. • Climate control is poor. Some rooms are uncomfortably cold, while others are hot and stuffy. Suggested workaround: Keep cabin doors open, though this defeats the purpose of enclosed spaces meant for focused work. • Air conditioning emits unpleasant odour. Suggested workaround: Regularly use air fresheners to help mask the smell. • Internet speed is extremely slow, making even basic Zoom or Teams calls unreliable. Suggested workaround: Use personal mobile data — it tends to perform better than the provided Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the infrastructure has not scaled with the growing number of users, and this is now negatively impacting the overall work environment. Recommendation: If you’re considering this location, we strongly recommend taking a trial for at least a week to assess whether the current setup suits your working style and expectations.

We've been using Bootstart Baner for the past 9 months. While it started off well—with a clean, comfortable environment and good facilities—things have declined sharply in recent months. The space is now overcrowded, with the recreation area removed to add over 50 new members. As a result: Parking is rarely available Morning lift wait times exceed 10 minutes Pantry and toilets are poorly maintained AC is inconsistent—either freezing or stuffy Internet is too slow for reliable video calls Facilities haven’t scaled with usage, and it's impacting productivity.
