Very limited guest parking and extremely time-consuming internal movement. I had to wait over 15 minutes for a buggy to reach the Y wing. The layout could have been planned much more efficiently. Although the ceiling height is good, there is no proper planning for AC provision, forcing occupants to install false ceilings just to conceal cassette AC piping. As a result, the benefit of the good ceiling height is lost—overall, poor design planning.
