This has to be the worst place for EV charging. #JioBP #EVcharging proudly offers charging at the VIPL Mall/IT Park… but apparently no one here cares if an EV can actually park to charge. Zero discipline, zero management. At this point, should I just park my car horizontally across the space? Because if I leave it the right way, people box me in — and if I park the way they do, no one will be able to remove their car. Perfect system.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice a very unpleasant experience I had at the VIPL Nagpur Mall IT Park, parking area. The parking staff refused to accept online payment and insisted on cash only. When I questioned this, the parking person spoke very rudely and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Shockingly, a similar incident had occurred last year as well, which shows that no corrective action has been taken. Such behavior creates a very negative impression of the mall’s management and security standards. I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against the parking personnel involved and ensure proper monitoring so that such incidents do not happen again. Also, please ensure that digital payment options are made available as per current norms. Thank you for your attention.
