Stayed in Mass Metropolis B302 for 2 months, yet to recieve my security deposit. These people are scammers and they will try to take your money thru unnecessary fines

Most pathetic PG ever. Please belive me. Worst staff, worst services. They are hungry for money. They will take all money and even extra money and put interest if you don't pay on time. No cleaning is done, water supply is not there for a week and we are cursing ourselves for choosing to stay with Workwise. The staff keeps lying about services. They are just asking money for nothing. Please donot ever stay with them!

Never fall into work wise trap. I have been fooled. I was asked to pay a fixed rent and on the basis of that i booked with a token amount. Later they asked for extra charges for everything like electricity, water supply, wifi, house keeping. Also whenever you are on call kindly record each call because they changes their stance at every step. They are just here to fool people and make money out of it.
