I book 2 junior suite room for my guest and call to hotel for the status that they check inn or not.. and its shocking that A girl Name Kushi answer and after taking all info.like booking Id..email id my contact number she cut the call sayying we cant give guest information i can say they shoud train recaption people and duty manager on this biggest mistake that i book this 3rd class hotel for my guest who is coming from Thashkant.. Not recommended

Just have checked in and the worst experience have also started. It’s sure that you will be treated as a beggar and the Room Service attendant who picked my call was not at all courteous enough and too rude
