FRAUD AND CRIMINAL HARASSMENT ALERT. This company is a brazen fraudster who has hiked rent with a lock-in period sent on email, collected the extra rent and then claimed no lock-in exists forcing you to vacate. Further they have resorted to ridiculous harassment tactics including (i) issuing a notice to vacate in one week mid-month although they collected rent for full month in advance (ii) not refunding security deposit for 105 days (iii) committimg GST fraud by not issuing any invoice but arbitrarily deducting from deposit saying amount is outstanding (iv) arbitrarily taking away all your belongings incl religious materials BEWARE
