Disappointing experience at this office space. Parking is extremely limited, making it difficult to find a spot. There's no canteen on-site, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the lift has been out of service for four days, forcing me to climb six flights of stairs daily. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Terrible experience. No parking at all—you’re forced to leave your vehicle on the road. No canteen, nowhere to grab even a basic meal. To top it off, the lift broke down after a light rain and stayed under maintenance for 4 days. Completely unprofessional and poorly maintained setup. The parking machanism gets issues every other day and have to wait for hours to get it fixed. Never ever rent workspace here if you really want your company to grow and your employees to be happy. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are building an office space meant to accommodate 500 employees, how on earth do you provide barely 50 parking slots? Who thought this was remotely reasonable? It shows a shocking lack of planning, foresight, and basic understanding of employee needs. To make matters worse, for the past two weeks, whatever construction or maintenance activity you are carrying out in that already-tiny parking area has forced us to leave our vehicles out on the road, without any safety or supervision. This is not just inconvenient - it is irresponsible. If a vehicle gets damaged, stolen, or involved in an accident, who takes responsibility? Certainly not the employees who are being forced into this situation because of your mismanagement. Your service, planning, and operational execution have been far below acceptable standards, and this entire experience reflects poorly on a workspace that claims to provide “premium” facilities. At the moment, nothing about this feels premium - only careless and poorly managed. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved immediately, not brushed aside like every other issue raised so far.
