I have been working from 91Springboard at 74 Techno Park, Andheri East for the past two months, and overall, it has been a very positive experience. This coworking space provides the right mix of safety, convenience, and professional environment that makes it easy to focus on work. The first thing I want to highlight is the safety and support staff. The security team is very attentive and ensures that everyone entering and leaving the premises is accounted for, which makes me feel 100% safe while working here, even on longer days. The office help staff are equally great – always prompt in solving small issues and keeping the space well maintained. This adds to the comfort and peace of mind when working long hours. From a commuting perspective, the location works perfectly for me. I travel from Aarey Road, and reaching Techno Park is straightforward and convenient. For those who don’t drive, the availability of shared rickshaws right outside the building is a big advantage. It makes commuting affordable and quick, especially during peak hours. Inside the workspace, the environment is professional yet relaxed. It’s a place where you can be productive but also interact with other professionals when needed. The community feel is strong, with plenty of opportunities to network and meet like-minded people from different fields. However, I do feel that the food options within the building could be improved. The cafeteria or in-house food isn’t particularly great. In fact, the small sandwich stall right outside the building serves far better and tastier options. That said, the coworking space is located in a prime spot, so there are plenty of good food joints around. This makes lunch breaks enjoyable, and after office hours there are also many lively places nearby for parties and social outings. One challenge that I noticed is parking, especially if you are working in the second shift. Finding a convenient spot can be difficult at those times, which can be a hassle for people driving their own vehicles. If you rely on public transport or shared rides, however, this may not be much of an issue. The interiors are simple and functional, with all the essentials you need for coworking – good seating, adequate lighting, Wi-Fi, and a positive overall vibe. Over the past two months, I’ve found it to be a comfortable and reliable workplace that makes it easy to stay focused without unnecessary distractions. To sum up, 91Springboard at 74 Techno Park, Andheri East, is a great coworking option for professionals who value safety, accessibility, and community. While the in-house food could use an upgrade and parking in later shifts can be tricky, these are minor compared to the overall benefits. With its convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent surrounding amenities, this space definitely makes working here a good experience.
