The space is well-designed and has a professional setup. I visited recently after confirming details with the owner over the phone. I was informed that while the premises open at 8 AM, only the housekeeping staff would be available at that time—which was fine. However, I faced a major inconvenience with the internet connectivity. I had a virtual interview scheduled for 9 AM, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work on my laptop. Due to the time pressure, I h ad to use my personal hotspot to attend the interview. The centre offers only a full-day pass priced at ₹550 + GST, with no option for closed or private meeting rooms. Since my requirement was just for a short 30-minute interview, I believe a more flexible pricing model for short-duration use would be helpful. Although I informed the staff about the Wi-Fi issue after the interview, the response was quite indifferent. It left me disappointed, especially given the importance of having reliable internet in such spaces. I hope the management considers introducing short-term usage options, ensures more dependable internet connectivity, and improves staff responsiveness. These improvements could make the space far more accommodating for professionals with short-term needs like interviews or quick meetings.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Work House.
