Extremely disappointing experience with 91Springboard Goa. Tried calling several times — every single time, the waiting period exceeded 15 minutes. This clearly shows how poor their after-sales service is. Even when someone finally answers, the standard response is, “Our concerned team will call you back.” This happened not once, but three times — and not a single follow-up call was ever made. If there’s no direct line and everything is routed through an automated network that goes nowhere, how is a customer supposed to get help in case of an urgent concern? The entire system feels careless and unresponsive. Very poor service and zero accountability.

The staff never answered calls and showed zero responsibility. Their service was careless and unprofessional. I had opted for a virtual office, but they failed to provide the correct documents required for GST registration despite repeated follow-ups. It was a complete nightmare dealing with them — absolutely not recommended for anyone looking for reliable service or proper support.
