I needed to purchase a day pass, and was told that it is only possible through the BHive workspace app. I spoke with multiple staff members, and they all said there was no way provided for offline purchase of a day pass. Finally I went to another co-working space. I kindly request the management team to look into this and ensure a solution is provided for offline purchase.

I had a terrible experience at BHIVE Premium Indiranagar. I stood at the reception for 20 minutes, just waiting for them to fix a basic WiFi issue. The staff looked completely lost, and the management was nowhere to be found. No urgency, no accountability, nothing. This place calls itself “premium,” but it can’t even handle something as simple as getting a customer connected to the internet. I finally walked out because it was clear no one cared to solve the problem. If you value your time, professionalism, or basic service, avoid this place. BHIVE seriously needs to fix its customer support and management.

love the energy here. bright office, chill people and the coffee is actually good haha. had one ac issue last week but they sorted in few mins. Had a great experience at indiranagar center
