I have been associated with Workafella for almost two years. Based on our request, our team opened branches in Chennai and Hyderabad. However, over time, we have faced several serious issues that have made us question our decision to choose this coworking space. The management and service levels require major improvement. One of the biggest concerns is the security deposit. It has been over three months since we vacated, and I am still struggling to get the refund. Despite multiple follow-ups with the accounts team, branch manager, and even senior management, there has been no proper response or resolution. We always made payments on time across all three branches, without any delay. However, the service we received was extremely poor. The accounts team does not provide invoices on time, and we had to follow up every month just to receive them. Support from the concerned managers is also very weak. Emails rarely receive immediate responses, and even after continuous follow-ups, it takes two weeks or more for them to acknowledge or act on issues. Due to these ongoing problems—not just the deposit issue—we decided to vacate all branches and advised our other teams to do the same. There are better coworking spaces available at lower prices with much better service. Once you enter this coworking space, you will realize these issues yourself. I strongly recommend, Think twice—actually, think multiple times—before choosing Workafella.
