Interviewed here for a management-level position and while they were friendly and assured me that I would be informed about next steps, they did not do so and I had to call the HR lady several times before she confirmed that I was not shortlisted for the position. I thank my lucky stars they did not select me as looking at the other reviews in here, this company is a disaster to work with, as well as in.

After uploading all documents and everything else they have rejected my IT declaration and after doing it once you cannot change anything. You can't talk with the person who review it. There is no information about him. What is his qualification and what is his JOB role.

Our experience with greytHR has been extremely disappointing. Despite months of communication, the system repeatedly showed inconsistencies — duplicated leave balances, payroll calculation errors, and unresolved operational issues that affected our HR process. Instead of providing solutions, the team eventually announced discontinuation of the service, which only confirmed their inability to meet even basic requirements. No leadership visibility, no accountability, and no reliable support. For any business evaluating HR systems, this is a serious performance concern that should not be ignored.
