I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Edureka and feel the need to warn others. I enrolled in their PG Program in AI—an 8-month course that promised a certificate, lifetime access to the LMS, and 24×7 support. None of these commitments were fulfilled. Even after completing the full program, I never received my certificate. Their so-called 24×7 support is practically non-existent—no one answers calls or provides any real help. What’s worse, my LMS access—which they clearly promised would be lifetime—was deleted immediately after course completion. When I asked for help, they told me to join a new course just to get a new profile created. That is completely unacceptable. This entire experience felt irresponsible, unprofessional, and far from what was advertised. Before enrolling, please think twice and choose an institute that actually delivers on its commitments and respects its students.

do not join Post Graduate program in Generative AI / ML: I enrolled in this program in April 2025 with the expectation of graduating by October 2025, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. While the curriculum looks solid on paper, the actual delivery is very poor. The instructors lack basic communication skills and do not seem to have real teaching experience. Sessions are unclear, unstructured, and far below industry standards. Edureka used to have a good reputation, but it’s clear they’ve become entirely money-driven. The support experience has been awful—slow, unresponsive, and unhelpful. I submitted an assignment in September and opened a support ticket for grading, but I still haven’t received any response. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others do not enroll in this course. The program does not deliver on its promises, and the service quality has deteriorated significantly.

I have paid for my classes and the batch hasn't started as promised. I discussed and enrolled for the weekly batch to conclude in 3 weeks. Now i am being said that the batch starts from July 14th only. I precisely joined now because i will be busy next month and wouldn't find time. I am also being told that everyone is working so I need to find the time for the batch which starts at their convenience. I was chased time and again to join the classes and once payment was done everyone is gone quiet. Zero for Professionalism Zero for Client Handling Zero for Commitment Zero for respecting others time Few months later.. Thanks for reviewing my case and I am happy to change my opinion and review, so here you go.

There are lot of issues and have worst experience. 1. Firstly support number doesn't work even after 20 mins of waiting. 2. Number mentioned on website for Grievance (both US and India number) are not working for more than 2 weeks, so there is no way for making escalation. 3. Sales team does sales all month (which is good) but if batch start is after few weeks/month and candidate doesn't like the class there is no way to ask for refund as refund policy is only for 3 days just after the payment which is practically wrong when enrolment is done almost 3-4 weeks prior to batch start. The course I enrolled was wrong selling as it doesn't fulfil the purpose and now have been asking for refund as it was a wrong sale but struggling with team. Hence giving this rating as its not professional way at all.

Truly Truly the worst company I have actually taken a service from. I took a PMP course, I had to follow up so many times to share the membership voucher i paid full money for and that got shared after a million follow ups. And now I am struggling to get my exam voucher which again I paid the full amount for. It's a frustrating experience with the customer support team because all they have taught is to disconnect the calls on your face. I can believe there's actually a company out here providing such terrible terrible experience and expect customers to be ok with this. Honestly, if i ran a company like this, i would be extremely ashamed!
