Warning – Awful Service, No Accountability & Money Stuck! Please Avoid Edureka!
I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Edureka, hoping to save others from making the same mistake.
I enrolled in their Azure DevOps course after seeing several 5-star reviews—which now seem heavily manipulated or fake.
- Long Wait: It took quite long after payment just for my batch to start.
- Poor Trainer: The experience got worse with a trainer who was unable to answer even basic doubts and clearly lacked real-life experience. For most of our questions, the trainer was just googling answers during our sessions.
Here’s where things got even worse:
When I realised the quality was so poor, I immediately requested to be shifted to a different tutor or batch. Edureka promised me a seat in the next available batch (starting September, 2025). However, when September finally came, the new batch was simply canceled with no explanation!
Since then, it has been 4–5 months of endless follow-ups. Every single time, they just repeat the same excuse: “We will let you know when the next batch starts.” There is absolutely no commitment, no timeline, and most importantly, NO REFUND—even though it’s clear they are not delivering what was promised. Calls and emails go ignored. The person who sold the course to me is nowhere to be found.
It is extremely disappointing and feels like my hard-earned money is just stuck with them, with no signs of real service or accountability. Once you pay, Edureka is happy to ignore you and your concerns.
Bottom line:
- The support is non-existent.
- The tutors are not up to mark.
- Batch schedules are completely unreliable.
- Refunds are simply refused, even when the company fails to deliver.
Edureka needs to answer:
Where is my money, or my course? Why don’t you respond to genuine concerns? Why is refunding so difficult when it’s entirely your fault?
If someone at Edureka cares, PLEASE CALL ME AND RESOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY.
To other students:** Do NOT trust Edureka with your money. There are far better, more accountable platforms out there.
