I am writing this review to express my deep frustration with the Godrej Ananda project. While the brand carries a lot of weight, the actual experience of being a homebuyer here has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. Constant Delays in Handover The biggest issue is the blatant failure to deliver on the promised timeline. When I booked, I was given a specific handover date that felt professional and reliable. However, that date has long passed, and the goalposts keep moving. Every time we ask for an update, there’s a new excuse, yet the visible progress on-site doesn't seem to match the "official" updates we receive. It feels like the commitment to the customer ends the moment the booking is signed. Aggressive Payment Demands What makes the delay even harder to swallow is the payment structure. Godrej has already collected 90% of the total payment. It is incredibly unfair to demand almost the entire cost of the property while the actual possession remains out of sight. Financial Burden: We are stuck paying both high EMIs on the home loan and, in many cases, monthly rent because we can't move in. Lack of Leverage: Once they have 90% of your money, it feels like the developer has no real urgency to finish the project and hand over the keys. Final Verdict Buying a home is a lifetime milestone, but Godrej Ananda has turned it into a logistical and financial nightmare. If you are looking for a developer that respects timelines and values your investment, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Great marketing, but very poor execution and delivery.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
