Had a great experience at this showroom. I was guided and assisted by Sales person Anusha. She was very polite, patient, and knowledgeable.she explained all the two wheeler features clearly and helped me choose the right model without any pressure. The entire process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend this showroom and especially Anusha for anyone planning to buy a two-wheeler

I had an outstanding experience at TVS Kuvera HSR Layout. For the last 3 months, I struggled with a persistent issue on my bike. I previously visited a TVS showroom in Electronic City, but they only performed basic checks and failed to identify the actual problem. The team at Kuvera and Arun Kumar are true experts. They diagnosed the exact issue immediately and resolved it within 24 hours. Their professionalism is top-notch—they even shared photos to explain the problem clearly, which I really appreciated. To top it off, the charges were quite nominal compared to other service centers. If you want experienced mechanics who actually know what they’re doing, this is the place to go

Worst experience I had this in the service because without informing they are doing some kind of work and the labour charges is more than the actual spare parts amounts , there is no such heavy work in my vehicle, but they charged too much labour charges . If we question them they are shouting that I already informed etc .. Please don’t kill the customers by charges so much bill . I suggest please don’t go over there they don’t give good service ,what ever work we told that they will not do simply doing some other work and also I didn’t get the Live Photo of the changed spare parts ..
