Please be very very careful while using their service centre. I have had issues TWICE - one my vehicle started having cold start issues (pickup problems) right after servicing - second, asked them to check for punctures as other shops were not able to find it and my tyre was constantly leaking air. They first tell me it’s an issue with the beading - they can’t fix it. Later they call me and say that the tyre needs to replaced. ( They ONLY change tyres don’t fix punctures). As I have had issues with their EXPERT opinion in the past I didn’t get it changed. Later I realised the tyre was leaking air more than it was previously. Had to get it to a tyre specialist urgently, found out that THEY HAD MADE A GAPING HOLE in the tyre. Easy soap water test showed us that the tyre was now leaking air like a balloon would! Fixed both the beading and the puncture. BE VERY CAREFUL about the extra crap they sell you. I have had their managers tell/ask me multiple illogical things like - ions from the ground make your vehicle cold start pickup low - every time I bring the vehicle in they ask me if the vehicle has been dropped. (Obviously to charge you extra for non existent damages)
