Terrible place to work at unless you want to have 0 productivity. The sewers are overrun and overflowing in the parking lot with the garbage bins not being cleaned for weeks and attracting insects for having dead animals. The water dispenser inside the office is empty for hours with no other way to get drinking water. The male toilet has 3 stalls for the entire floor and it's always very dirty and muddy. The air conditioners don't work properly as well, it's like a microwave in the afternoon. The Wi-Fi has 22 mbps speed which is laughable for an office space. There's Maddy's restro pub right below where the loud music will keep vibrating the upper office floors.
