I have been working from this co-working space for quite some time, and unfortunately, Over the last 1–2 months, the experience at this co-working space has gone downhill. The reception and front-desk staff behave unprofessionally and often lack basic courtesy while speaking to members. Concerns are not handled politely or seriously. Basic facilities such as air conditioning and heating are poorly managed. During summers, the AC does not function properly, and now that winter has started, heaters are still not available, despite repeated requests. Additionally, the behavior of one staff member named Gaurav is uncomfortable, especially for female members. His way of looking and interacting creates an unprofessional and unsafe feeling, which is completely unacceptable in a shared workspace. A co-working space should offer not just infrastructure, but also a safe, respectful, and comfortable working environment, which is lacking here. I would strongly advise anyone planning to join to visit personally, observe staff behavior, and check facilities carefully before making a decision, to avoid inconvenience later.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Plus Offices.
