Not satisfied with the services of Zomato. Actually, I came to Zomato along with MBA students for their interviews. The Zomato staff asked the students to fill out a form and told the guardians to wait on the ground floor. After confirming, they said we could have tea or coffee. But when we reached the ground floor, the security staff said, “This is not a Zomato office, so visitors are not allowed to have tea or coffee here.” Overall, I’m not happy with the services. Either a visitor waiting area should be arranged on the 5th floor in the Zomato office, or such facilities should be properly provided.
