Customer service is extremely poor. Once the sales team has enthusiastically closed the sale, it's hard to get in touch with the support staff. They keep giving template responses and never actually resolve a concern or issue. Mostly being run by interns it seems who are not professional. hard to escalate any matter. Management and owners are unreachable or uninterested. Go with some other service provider.
