I recently visited Sankalp on Sindhu Bhavan Road, and overall it was a good experience. The ambience is very clean and has a nice family vibe. The staff is polite and service is fairly quick. Their dosas and chutneys are tasty, and the sambar also has a good authentic flavour. One thing I noticed is that weekends get very crowded, so waiting time can be a bit long. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the quality and presentation justify it. Overall, it’s a good place for South Indian food if you want a comfortable dine-in experience with consistent taste and good service.
