Ambience is very nice. You feel like going to office everyday. Parking is little trouble but you can find paid parking in next building.

We had a 2 year contract with them which we terminated following all rules and regulations, we are still awaiting our refundable deposit amount - relationship person's phone is switched off, no one has responded to 3 emails since months and the number on Google also doesnt work. I am going to file a fraud dispute on the previous charges - avoid at all costs.

Avoid at All Costs – Worst Workspace Experience Our company has been renting space at DevX, and I can confidently say this is one of the worst workspace experiences we’ve had. 1) Internet is beyond pathetic – Expect zero speed. It’s unreliable to the point where even basic tasks become impossible. 2) No water in the washrooms multiple times a month – At least 4–5 times every month, you’ll find the washrooms completely unusable due to no water supply. 3) Horrible smell 24x7 – The washrooms and even the working cabins constantly smell like urine. It’s unhygienic and unpleasant to work in such an environment. 4) Chaotic parking – The parking facility is poorly managed. Be ready to waste 30 minutes just to take your vehicle out. 5) Non-responsive management – The hub manager is inaccessible and rarely engages with tenants. We’ve had to wait excessively just to get basic issues addressed. 6) Deceptive first impression – The place might look flashy at first glance, but the reality is far from it. Overall, this is the worst place to work if you value basic facilities, hygiene, and professionalism. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
