Good neatly maintained airport. Considering the large number of flights to and from the airport, good facilities are provided here. Passenger waiting area is good and spacious with a number of shops and food courts. There is almost 1 hour 30 min journey from the city centre to the airport and sometimes there can be delays due to traffic jams. I almost missed my flight when I visited Goa last time due to this.

1) Dirty Washrooms 2) Cramped up seating arrangement done by someone with no sense of space management 3) Lack of Information boards for far away seatings 4) No attempt at beautifying the area 5) Inability to handle surge in passenger traffic on 1st Dec. I can only imagine the state in mid and end dec Overall, poor management

Had to write a review. At Dabolim airport (GOI), Goa, they (CISF?) have implemented a nice process for security check. Usually, in other airports, the luggage tray allows four to seven people to remove electronics from bag, put on tray and place the tray and bags on the conveyor . However there is no mechanism to decide who places tray on the conveyor in what order. This often leads to people stopping the trays in the conveyor to push their tray in. And this many times causes unnecessary arguments among passengers, thanks to how rude we unnecessarily are with our fellow passengers. However at GOI, they have made a process where you enter the luggage tray in a queue, place everything on the tray, push the tray to the start of the conveyor and enter the conveyor at it start. This avoids any awkward situation or arguments among passengers. Everyone is in queue. Simple, yet masterful. Someone with a “process thinking “ must be behind this. Wish to see this replicated in all airports.

Infelizmente funcionários do aeroporto com um esquema que tem com as malas tentaram roubar-nos e ainda danificaram a mala da minha esposa , quando pedimos as identificações dos funcionários estes esconderam as mesmas e começaram a ameaçar com a segurança, quando pedimos que a chamassem nunca aconteceu e tentou mudar a história, ainda bem que a assistente da índigo estava presente e viu o que se estava a passar , é pena Goa é espetacular e ver que os funcionários do aeroporto tem um esquema destas dimensões dentro do aeroporto mancha uma cidade são bonita
