Not Maintained. Water dropping ACs. No staff to attend. And not a good ambience even. Continuous disturbaces ongoing while our meeting. I dnt recommend.

Innov8 Ras Vilas is located in the basement. The place was smelling the moment I entered. The cabin they gave was stuffy and full of people. The reception and receptionist seemed like they were running a lousy hotel rather than an uptown coworking. Left the place in 5 mins. Nukleus and Avante are much better coworking options in Ras Vilas.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member.
