My only complaint is that we bought tickets for the 10:30 p.m. movie, and by 10:50 p.m., the concessions were already closed. I understand that it was late, but we were still paying customers who had just arrived for a movie. I think they could have given us a little more time to get food and drinks instead of closing the concessions only 20 minutes after the movie started. It was honestly frustrating and took away from the experience.
It was great but first and last time im sitting in 4D
First off, my recliner seat didnt work and if you ever sat in these chairs upright, you'd understand the discomfort for your neck. And on top of that, not 5 minutes into our movie did the fire alarm go off. Now you may think, oh thats just a coincidence! But no, this happened the very last time I came to this theater. And while we were waiting outside, a random customer asked "did someone smoke a vape and set the alarm off again?" Seems to be a trend with this theater... I will leave one positive note, they did allow us the option to get new tickets for a different day if we chose not to stay. That was good of them at least.
Staff was nice.though our seats at 4dx didn't work and had to be move to the side in the back which was disappointing

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Cruinniu.
