good place and grew up with it and love going there to watch movies but felt a bit pricey at times and also recently saw that for the rooms it just says auditorium and the number but before it says the name of the movie n the time of it and been months and still hasn't fix it and should but the place it quite good

I bought tickets 2–3 weeks in advance for the 8:30 PM showing of Wicked. We drove over an hour and a half to get to Regal Deer Park, waited 40 minutes in the concessions line, and only when we went to scan our tickets were we told we were “two hours early.” That’s when the ticket agent explained casually that the movie had been pushed back to 10:30 PM. Regal never notified us. No email, no text, nothing. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff made the situation even worse. They were completely uncooperative someone who appeared to be a manager, told us to “just wait two hours, it’s no big deal.” Actually, it is a big deal. We planned our entire night around the time Regal advertised. We spent money on gas, tolls, concessions, and time we can’t get back, only to be met with dismissiveness and zero accountability for an issue Regal caused. This experience was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and honestly disrespectful. If Regal changes showtimes after tickets are purchased, the absolute minimum they should do is notify customers or show a little effort to make it right. That didn’t happen here. I won’t be returning to this location.
