Very disappointed with Regus Limerick. I booked a coworking desk but when I arrived their IT system was down and staff couldn’t find my booking. I was told to sit in the lobby instead, which is not what I paid for. Later they admitted my booking was for another site but by then it was too late to move and make use of the service. Despite failing to provide the service properly, they still demanded the full €40 and even threatened me with legal action when I disputed it. They emailed me threatening that if I don’t pay it in the next 7 days they will put admin, interest, legal and court fees upon me. In my experience, this was unprofessional and a very poor way to treat a customer.

I’ve been working from this coworking space in Limerick for a while now and really enjoy it. The location is super convenient — right in the city centre, close to everything. The space is quite unique - it’s a mix of an old wall with a completely modern building, which gives it an interesting, eclectic look. Inside, it’s bright and spacious, with big windows that bring lots of natural light, I really appreciate it while working. And a huge thank you to ladies at the reception - they are amazing, always positive, professional, and very helpful. They really make the place feel welcoming.

This is a great location. The office was quiet and perfect for what I needed. The staff are really friendly. I would recommend Regus for anyone needing an office facility in Limerick.

We recently moved our office to a Spaces location in Dublin and one of the many benefits is getting global lounge access to all Regus/Spaces centres and as I live in Clare its been fantastic to be able to use the Bedford Row site, great location, great facilities and light with a great team running the office there, have worked in a lot of "digital hubs" and this is certainly one of the best!

Excellent workspace & facilities- the meeting room was well equipped with hi speed wi-fi, large screen and comfortable seating. Very professional, helpful & attentive staff who went over and beyond in terms of level of service (ranging from set up to technical assistance). I would highly recommend this service.
