Update — September 30, 2026: Workhub has now processed my full refund of €244.77, and the money has reached my account. I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved. I cancelled my Workhub Plus Plan less than 24 hours after activation and did not meaningfully use the service. Workhub later confirmed in writing that my account had been fully cancelled and that a refund would be arranged. However, the process required several follow-ups, and communication about the refund was slower than I expected. I am updating this review to reflect that the refund has now been completed.
Great service for new startups- a lot of options/packages to suit everyone. Staff are very quick to response, understanding, and professional. Very happy with the services so far.
