I visited this place on 26th December between 2 and 3pm. One of the staff members (at fitting room) was extremely rude to a customer who appeared to be an Asian woman, which made me very uncomfortable and unhappy. Most of the staff have been good over the years, but it seems that there are occasionally individuals who show severe racial discrimination. I hope more care will be taken during the hiring process. I witnessed a rather thin female staff member being very rude to an Asian woman, and then immediately afterward being overly friendly and exaggeratedly kind to a white customer. This is why I am raising this concern. Because of this unpleasant experience, I do not plan to visit this store for the time being.
