Eva is a great office manager. The building is maintained very well.
Really nice place in a great district, with convenient transport links and Blackrock's shops and cafes nearby. The building has different spaces to work, meet, or just sit and connect with others. Eva keeps everything running smoothly.

Excellent Office in the center of Blackrock! The Glasshouses team are a pleasure to work with and the offices and common areas are very well equipped and very comfortable.
We have been based here for more than 2 years I cannot recommend the Facilities highly enough. It’s a terrific location with lots of space for what we need and room to grow. We are a 22 person technology company and use the space for our own dedicated office along with additional meeting and workshop spaces.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Glasshouses.
