Needed a desk for the day while taking a relative to hospital. Ciara on the admin team was super helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to revisit based on the excellent customer service.

This company is a fraud honestly. I connected with them through Google flights and they offered Dublin to Bangkok return for 502 Eur with 25kg baggage, but when I entered the details they deducted 567Eur with 0kg baggage allowance. This company has no honesty and integrity.
