Can't get our deposit back Extremely frustrating experience with Regus. They were perfectly efficient when taking payment for our hot-desk agreement, but returning our retainer has been a completely different story. Our agreement ended 3 months ago, it is still outstanding despite us supplying all supporting information requested. Every person passes us to somebody else. We have now been told to start again through the portal because the centre team cannot access the refund status. Nobody appears willing to take ownership or provide direct contact details for someone who can actually help. It has become a very slow game of pass the parcel, except the parcel is our money. Completely unnecessary and incredibly poor customer service. Update: Regus replied 3 days later to my review and have given the us the same instructions that we have followed several times already "Raise a ticket through the protal"

Getting our retainer returned by Regus has been needlessly difficult. I made the original payment without any issue. When the agreement ended and the retainer was due back, I was passed between different people and they requested the owner of my business get involved to authorise a refund. 3 months later, we still have no refund, no payment date and no direct contact for the accounts team responsible. And Regus now refuse to deal with the owner of my business who they got involved. Now they have me chasing yet another internal team. Taking our money was straightforward. Returning it has involved months of emails, repeated explanations and being passed around in circles. A genuinely dreadful way to handle a former customer.

Poorly trained, unpleasant, very young and inexperienced receptionists. They need proper customer service training. Would not recommend based on the staff. Wouldn't recommend.
