I’ve been renting an office with Workhub in Bracken road on a month by month basis. I cannot speak highly enough about the whole experience, which is my first time doing so. The manager Martina is fantastic and all of the tenants feel like guests and I’d almost say friends. The ambience is lovely considering we are all a bunch of unconnected companies. The value far exceeds other places I viewed when choosing. Highly recommend you check them out if looking for rented office space.

At 6 Fern Road, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are also available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Workhub.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Workhub, who is more than happy to help out.
