Good location but contract termination is a nightmare with extra hidden costs, double payments, difficulties in getting your deposit back and most importantly - extremely unhelpful and rude site staff at Pembroke location. Definitely avoid!

Appalling service. Very disappointed with the manner in which Regus is handling the termination of our contract of two years, up until now I had been quite happy with the service but now when it comes to ending the contract nothing but problems. Even when calling them directly and jumping through all the hoops set up to, apparently make terminating the contract as difficult as possible, no assistance, no solution. Very disappointing!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Pembr, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Please reach out to Pembr for more detailed information on membership options and pricing.

  • Pembr - 4 Pembroke Street Upper has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
