We requested to cancel our Workhub subscription in late 2023, yet they continued charging us without authorisation in both 2024 and 2025. We only discovered this when a payment attempt failed due to an expired card, prompting us to review our billing history. We contacted Nick regarding the issue, who assured us he would pass on the details to the team and that it would be sorted but we were never contacted with an outcome, and follow up emails to Nick have gone unanswered. To make matters worse, the system continued attempting to collect payments even after raising the issue, highlighting serious failures in their cancellation and billing processes.

Poor customer service, they charged me two years in a row despite requesting for my subscription to be cancelled. I had to get my bank to block them and initiate a chargeback. No response via email, WhatsApp and no help by phone despite calling back multiple times to follow up.

From the very first moment I found this website, I contacted them through the WhatsApp number provided, and Nick responded to me immediately without any delay. He was incredibly quick, polite, and professional in all his replies, and he explained everything very clearly, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free for me. What impressed me the most was the support I received even outside of working hours. I had an issue with my portal later on, which was actually caused by a mistake on my side, but as soon as I messaged Nick, he responded very quickly and reassured me that everything was fine. He corrected the issue straight away and made sure everything was working properly again. It is rare to find someone who is this responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. The level of customer service I received was excellent, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness throughout the whole interaction. A big thank you to Nick for his outstanding support. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service.

I cancelled the virtual office service with them in early January 2026, they took the payment from our bank account without giving any email or notice of the renewal. When I contacted them to cancel the service and refund they requested we remove their address from our website which we immediately actioned and confirmed to them. Our refund has still not been provided (now 6 weeks later) and they have stopped replying to emails. Terrible service.
